Yes, it really has been 3 years since I last wrote a post. Ironically, the Richard Avedon portrait of Elizabeth Taylor is still my iphone's background. Some things never change; and then, some do. The Geeks family is expanding as Katie Hill has become engaged. So I guess this blog will begin by detailing the dramatic unfolding of her dream wedding, which the older we become has less and less to do with princess gowns and castles and more to do with friends, family, and a good time.
